NCLT initiates bankruptcy proceedings against Anil Ambani

The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has directed to initiate insolvency proceedings against Reliance Communications Chairman Anil Ambani to recover Rs 1,200 crore under the personal guarantee clause of the bankruptcy law.
