NCLAT refuses interim relief to Google against CCI order

The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) has refused to stay the penalty of Rs 1,337 crore imposed on Google India by the country’s antitrust regulator.

The NCLAT also refused to stay Competition Commission of India’s (CCI) directions asking Google to make amends in the Android operating model in the October 20 order.
