Nandan Nilekani, RS Sharma to advise govt on e-comm open network to end digital monopoly

Infosys non-executive chairman Nandan Nilekani and National Health Authority chief executive R S Sharma are among nine members of an advisory council constituted by the government to identify measures needed to design and accelerate the adoption of Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC) aimed at preventing digital monopolies. Both Nilekani and Sharma were associated with the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI), which developed the Aadhaar database.
