Mumbai: OTT platform country head and CEO booked for molestation

MUMBAI: A 28-year-old woman has filed a complaint against the country head and CEO of an OTT platform for allegedly molesting and disrobing her in the office storeroom on June 18.

The case was registered two months after the suspect allegedly committed the offence.

The victim claimed that she gathered courage and approached the police after the suspect threatened her with dire consequences. “Probe is on in the case and so far no arrest has been made,” said Amboli police senior inspector Someshwar Kamte.

In the complaint, the victim said, “The Company’s CEO forcibly made me remove my clothes and molested me. He even threatened me with dire consequences. He also warned me to malign my and my family’s name on social media. He committed the offence in front of other office male staff.”
