Moto G 5G live image, key specifications revealed ahead of the official launch

Motorola is working on a new affordable 5G smartphone. Codenamed Kiev, the upcoming Motorola has leaked multiple times ahead of the official launch. The phone is likely to debut as Moto G 5G, which will complement the company’s older Moto G 5G Plus. Now, key specifications and a live image of the phone have surfaced online.

According to Slashleaks, a leaked live image of Moto G 5G reveals a full-screen display with a punch-hole camera at the top centre. The phone is seen running a near-stock Android UI with a preloaded Motorola application. The phone is said to come with a dedicated Google Assistant button as well.

Separately, XDA Developers has published full specifications of the phone. According to the report, Moto G 5G runs on Qualcomm’s new Snapdragon 750G processor. Qualcomm had launched the chipset in September this year. The AI Engine on Snapdragon 750G is said 20% better than Snapdragon 730G with 4 trillion operations per second (TOPS).
