Mobile tower norms in Lutyens’ Delhi issued

The New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) has issued a 37-point guideline giving detailed rules and regulations that need to be followed while installing communication towers in the Lutyens’ Delhi. There are around 240 unauthorised cellular towers. Out of these, 140 are located on government buildings and the rest on private buildings.
