Mobile retailer Big C to expand network, product offerings

HYDERABAD: Mobile retail chain Big C Mobiles will expand its network and product offerings to overcome the slowdown and margin pressure in the mobile handsets market emanating from deep discount sales on e-commerce platforms, said chairman and managing director M Balu Chowdary.

Addressing media in Hyderabad on Monday, he said the Rs 1,010 crore company in revenues last fiscal will now spread its product offerings to include IoT and connected devices, including smart televisions and air purifiers.
