Mobile app fails commuters

Several commuters of Chennai Metro have been facing trouble recharging their travel card with the mobile app. Everytime they tried to use CMRL’s mobile app, the ‘transaction failed’ message pops up. Some took to Twitter to talk about this. “Within a few days, this issue will be resolved and we will ensure such problem does not arise again,” an official said.
