Microsoft won’t let you install Windows 10 May update if you have this accessory attached to PC
While Microsoft is ending the support for Windows 7, on the other hand it has revealed that some Windows 10 users will face an issue while installing the upcoming May 2019 update. That’s because Windows 10 May update won’t install if the PC has an external USB device or a microSD card attached.
The Redmond-based tech firm says that installing the update with a USB device attached will show users an error stating “This PC can’t be upgraded to Windows 10. Your PC has hardware that isn’t ready for this version of Windows 10. No action is needed. Windows Update will offer this version of Windows 10 automatically once the issue has been resolved.”
