Microsoft rolls out next-gen AI solutions to enhance frontline productivity

Satya Nadella-led Microsoft is continuing its AI push with the roll out of new solutions for frontline workers. The new features will be available across three function areas: intelligent operations, effortless communication, and trusted experiences. These innovations will improve efficiency, enhance customer experiences, and enable faster decision making, claims Microsoft.

“We seek to infuse the productivity applications frontline managers use everyday with the robust data and intelligence of underlying business applications.
