Soon after the release, Windows 11 users started to report performance issues in their PCs. The issue was acknowledged by the computer processor maker AMD. The company revealed that measured and functional L3 cache latency on a few of its processors increased as much as three times after installing the new operating system. Apart from this, Microsoft also warned users that features such as Snipping Tool, Touch Keyboard, Emoji panel and others are failing to load. The features were not able to load properly due to an expired certificate. The certificate expired on October 31.
