Microsoft confirms security flaw in Internet Explorer, fix on the way

NEW DELHI: Recently, a serious security bug was reported in the Mozilla Firefox browser. Now, it seems that it is not the only browser suffering from security breach. According to an online report, Microsoft has just confirmed that its browser Internet Explorer is also facing a security flaw.
As reported by TechCrunch, Microsoft has confirmed the existence of a security flaw in Internet Explorer. Along with this, the company has also said that it will fix the issue. However, the company has not yet mentioned a timeline for the fix but has mentioned that it will not be coming anytime soon.
US-CERT, a division of Homeland Security, tweeted about the major security flaw in Internet Explorer. Along with this, it also tweeted a link to a security advisory explaining about the bug and how it is affecting the users. Microsoft has also confirmed that all the versions of Windows, including Windows 7 are affected by this flaw.
Using this latest security bug, hackers can remotely run malicious code on an affected computer.
