Microsoft announces date for its biggest event of 2023: What to expect

It is going to be a busy season when it comes to tech events. Apple is rumoured to host an event for the iPhone launch in September. Google could do a Pixel event in October. And now Microsoft has confirmed that it will be hosting a “special” event as well. According to multiple reports, the Satya Nadella-led company has sent out media invites. “Mark your calendars for Thursday, September 21, 2023, for a special Microsoft event,” reads the invite.

What to expect from the event

In all likelihood, it will be a hardware event as Microsoft has already held a special AI event earlier this year. So we do expect Microsoft to unveil new Surface devices at the event.
