Matrimony.com reports 6% revenue growth in July-Sept quarter

CHENNAI: Online matrimony company Matrimony.com reported revenue of Rs 121 crore for the July-September period, representing 6% growth on a year-on-year basis but a 1.4% sequential decline.

Matchmaking revenue grew 6% YoY and stood at Rs 119 crore. The company added 2.6 lakh paid subscriptions during the quarter — a decline of 7% from the previous quarter but growth of 7.4% YoY.

Net profit for the year stood at Rs 12.5 crore, growing 7% YoY from the same quarter last year.
