L&T ropes in former telecom secretary Aruna Sundararajan as director after DoPT nod

NEW DELHI: The government on Thursday gave a nod to former top official Aruna Sundararajan to join L&T Infotech, an IT solutions and services company, as an independent director for a five-year term.

“Former telecom secretary Aruna Sundararajan will serve as an independent director of L&T Infotech with effect from May 19, 2020, to May 18, 2025,” a person aware of the matter told ETTelecom.

Earlier, she has sought clearance from the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT).
