Logistics startup Locad gets seed funding from Sequoia Surge, others
Mumbai: Logistics and supply chain management integrator Locad has raised $4.9 million (Rs 36.5 crore) as part of a seed-funding round led by Sequoia Capital India’s Surge programme.
Other funds that participated in the round include Antler, Febe Ventures, Foxmont, Global Founders Capital, Gokongwei Family and Hustle Fund.
Founded in October 2020 with dual headquarters in Manila and Singapore, Locad offers ecommerce brands and retailers end-to-end solutions in the Asia Pacific region, ranging from plug-and-play ecommerce fulfilment to a distributed warehousing network.
