Lockdown: Aadhaar kit supplier asks BSNL to clear dues to disburse full employee wages
NEW DELHI: Transline Technologies, a micro, small and medium enterprise (MSME) has asked state-run Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) to clear its overdue of nearly Rs 25 crore to enable the firm pay salaries to workforce amid lockdown following the Coronavirus or Covid-19 outbreak.
In a letter to BSNL chairman Pravin Kumar Purwar dated April 7, seen by ETT, Transline Technologies managing director Arun Gupta said, “In this hour of Covid-19 crisis we are expected to pay our employees 100% salaries, and are on the verge of collapse.”
