The delay in restoration of 4G internet is also taking a toll on the research scholars in pursuing their doctorates in different universities of Kashmir.

Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD) has instructed the Universities and higher educational institutions to prepare online content and online teachings during the closure period. The instructions have been issued to avoid academic lose of the students pursuing higher educational courses amid the looming threat of Coronavirus spread.
