KTR lays foundation stone for IT tower at Hyderabad’s Malakpet

Telangana’s IT and Industries Minister KT Rama Rao laid the foundation stone for the IT Tower in Hyderabad’s Malakpet on Monday. The state-of-the-art Rs 700 crore IT tower will be constructed at a cost of Rs 700 crore, and aims to create about 50,000 IT jobs in Hyderabad. The tower will be coming up in 11 acres with a built-up space in 15,00,000 sqft.KTR said that the this multi-storeyed building which will become the new symbol of Malakpet.

Assuring completion of the works within 36 months, KTR said that he will ensure IT giants set up their offices here, giving a boost to the ecosystem. The Malakpet IT tower will be designed to promote innovation and collaboration, bringing together experts in the field to develop new technologies and applications.
