JioCinema records peak viewership during CSK vs GT IPL 2023 final

JioCinema has clocked the highest viewership for this season of the Indian Premier League. During the final match between Chennai Super Kings and Gujarat Titans on May 29, JioCinema recorded a new high of 3.2 crores concurrent viewership.

The streaming platform not only broke its record for the fourth time this season but also surpassed the record viewership of 2.53 crore set during India vs New Zealand semi-final in the ICC 2019 World Cup on Disney+Hotstar.

Last week, JioCinema crossed the mark of 2.5 crore concurrent viewers worldwide twice. First, this was observed during the playoff match between GT and CSK on May 24, which was won by the MS Dhoni-led side with a margin of 16 runs.
