Jio scaling up distribution of JioBharat phone

Mumbai: Reliance Jio is scaling up the distribution of the Jio Bharat phone after tasting initial success with the product line, potentially lengthening the odds on an immediate increase in headline tariffs that might begin to rise again toward the latter half of this financial year and in the next.

They added that Jio’s relentless focus on subscriber addition will continue to help it gain a wider user base that, theoretically, limits the headroom for boosting average revenue per user (ARPU) immediately through tariff increases.
