Jio pilots AI chatbot using homegrown 5G RAN and SA Core
NEW DELHI: Reliance Jio has piloted a multimedia chatbot using its homegrown 5G RAN and Standalone (SA) Core network, leveraging technologies such as natural language processing (NLP), artificial intelligence (AI), using 5G’s latency-sensitive high-bandwidth.
“We have trialled a conversational multi-media chat bot using Jio’s 5G RAN & Standalone Core network, which leverages natural language processing, artificial intelligence as well as latency sensitive high bandwidth provided by 5G – to deliver a richer experience,” said Aayush Bhatnagar Senior Vice President at Jio Platforms, in a Linkedin post today.
“The intersection of multiple tech disciplines is very promising, as it opens up diverse possibilities and use cases that can be built on Jio 5G,” Bhatnagar added.
