Jio outpaces Airtel in March user adds, Vodafone Idea cedes more ground: Trai

Mumbai: Telecom company Reliance Jio continued to pip rivals Bharti Airtel and Vodafone Idea (Vi) in net subscriber additions in the month of March 2024, telecom regulator data showed.

Jio added 2.14 million users, followed by Airtel which added 1.75 million users. Whereas Vi continued to suffer losses, giving away 684,530 users in March, according to data released by the telecom regulatory authority of India (Trai) on Friday.
