Jeff Bezos shares video interacting with staff at Amazon India delivery centre

NEW DELHI : American billionaire Jeff Bezos on Sunday shared another video from his recently concluded trip to India where he is seen interacting with employees at the company’s delivery station in India.

“Proud of the program we have in India to hire and train deaf associates at our delivery stations. Managers learn basic sign language to be able to communicate. Meeting this group was a moving experience for me,” Bezos said in a tweet on Sunday evening as he interacted with employees during his three-day visit to India last week.

Bezos, founder of e-commerce giant Amazon—who landed in India mid-last week and announced a slew of investments and efforts to create up to a million jobs in India by 2025—has taken to social media (both Twitter and instagram) to post actively about his trip in India, a key market for the e-retailer.
