IUC framework by November end: Trai official

NEW DELHI: The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (Trai) is working aggressively to bring out the regulatory framework on the contentious Interconnection Usage Charge (IUC) by this month-end.

“We held an open house discussion and are working aggressively on it (IUC). The guidelines are expected to come out by November end,” a top Trai official who do not wish to be named for the story said.
