‘It will be business as usual during festive season 2020’

What are the prospects for e-commerce in 2020 given the business disruption caused by the coronavirus pandemic?
The $70-billion consumer internet economy including e-tailing, travel, mobility, food-tech, ed-tech, event ticketing, and content, among others, has taken a bad hit with a 90 per cent drop in GMV in April 2020 as a consequence of the economy coming to a grinding halt due to the Covid-19 lockdown.
