IT firm shares safety tips

Temperature checks and hand sanitisation are some of the measures initiated by the IT sector offices in New Town.

Commander R.Z. Borah, the general manager, administration, of Tata Consultancy Services shared the regimen they have been following at their TCS Gitanjali Park IT/ITES Special Economic Zone.

“Advisories have been mailed to all employees. Hand sanitisers have been placed in the reception and in wash rooms. Since last Friday, we have acquired thermal guns and started monitoring temperature of people in the reception areas. Anyone found having temperature more than 99ºC is being taken aside to be checked by paramedics, posted round the clock.
