iPhone users to get 5G software updates next week for beta testing ahead of Dec roll out

New Delhi: iPhones will be receiving a software update next week that enables 5G support for public beta testing ahead of a broader rollout in December, the company said.

iPhone-maker Apple will meet members of the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) and Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) to intimate them about the public beta rollout.
