iPhone users, Apple has an important message for you

Apple has always made a strong case for using original parts and accessories when it comes to its devices. Last week it was revealed that the Cupertino-based tech giant had introduced a new feature in iOS which prevented users from knowing the health of their iPhone battery. That is if they had bought it from an unauthorized Apple service centre or any other third-party seller. The company had received some criticism over this move and now it has issued a clarification on why it did so.
According to The Verge, Apple in its statement said, “We take the safety of our customers very seriously and want to make sure any battery replacement is done properly. There are now over 1,800 Apple authorized service providers across the United States so our customers have even more convenient access to quality repairs.
