iPhone, iPad and Mac users, Indian IT minister has an ‘important’ message for you

Apple yesterday rolled out an important update for iPhones. iOS 15.6.1 brings important security updates for iPhone users. Apple also mentioned on its support page that it “is aware of a report that this issue may have been actively exploited.” Union Minister for Electronics and Technology Rajeev Chandrasekhar has also ‘urged’ iPhone users to get the latest OS update. In a tweet, Chandrasekhar said, “Apple releases iOS, iPadOS and macOS security fixes for two zero-days under active attack.”

Further, CERT-IN, the government’s Computer Emergency Response Team has also issued an advisory for Apple users to get the latest update for iPhones, MacBooks as well as iPad.
