Instagram Notifications: Notifications for every new post, story and live streaming are irritating for many Instagram users. Now, the social media app has rolled out an option through which one can stop receiving all such updates.

The ‘pause all’ option enables a user to stop notifications from the app. One can pick the time frame for which he/she wishes not to get any notification.

How to stop notifications on Instagram

To activate the pause notification feature, you just have to tab on the notifications tab on Instagram app, which is owned by Facebook. Tap the ‘pause all’ toggle. You will then be given time options for which you wish not to receive any notification. One can switch off notifications for up to eight hours.
