Instagram launches new ‘Diwali’ AR effect filters, here’s how to use it and share with others

Facebook-owned photo and video sharing app Instagram introduced an augmented reality (AR) filter for Diwali called Share Your Light. The new filters are inspired from diyas and festival lights and colours. The new AR filter comes as a fun way to wish and greet people this Diwali.
The new Share Your Light Instagram AR filter is available in several languages — English, Hindi, Marathi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu and Urdu and it can be found under Instagram’s camera effect gallery with a Festive Diya icon. Users can also add text, create boomerang and other effects with this filter.
Apart from this, Instagram has also announced new IGTV shows with popular creatures like Kapila, Arjun Kanungo, Shirley Setia and others to offer fresh and original content.
