Innovative Whatsapp chatbot for voters help by CEO office

For the convenience of the voters of the state, Chief Electoral Officer Madhya Pradesh has launched WhatsApp chatbot CEO M.P. Chief Electoral Officer Anupam Rajan said that the facility of WhatsApp chatbot has been provided to the voters so that the voters of the state can easily get important election related information. Under this innovation, voters can get various information related to elections like whether the name is registered in the voter list or not, the methods of adding the name in the voter list, the documents required in it, etc. by talking through chatbot. It is available 24 hours in both Hindi and English languages.
