Infosys to start appraisal cycle; here’s what email to managers says

Infosys is reportedly set to start a fresh appraisal cycle soon. According to a report in Economic Times, the company may soon start the appraisal process for the current fiscal year. This comes as employees still await hikes for the previous performance cycle.

According to an email sent to people’s managers, Infosys start its ‘performance review cycle–October 2023’ with self-evaluation on September 29. The mail further tells managers that evaluation will happen by October-end while rating will be communicated to individual employees in the first week of December. This evaluation period for performance review is between October 2022 and September 2023, as per the email

Incidentally, the report, quoting employees, said that while the fresh appraisal is on the cards, they are still to receive any hikes for the previous appraisal cycle (October 2021 to September 2022).
