Infosys forms ESG committee with Kiran Mazumdar-Shaw as its head

Bengaluru: Infosys NSE -3.51 % Ltd. has formed an Environmental Social and Governance (ESG) committee of its board, with Biocon NSE -1.27 % Ltd.’s Kiran Mazumdar-Shaw as its chair.

Members of Infosys’ ESG committee include Chitra Nayak and Uri Levine, independent directors on the company’s board. Mazumdar-Shaw, is the lead independent director here.
