Infosys closes Simplus acquisition

InfosysNSE -6.69 % said it closed its $250 million acquisition of Salesforce platinum partner Simplus.

The Bengaluru-headquartered IT services company announced the deal in February.

Infosys made a previous Salesforce acquisition Fluido in 2018.

Simplus has over 500 employees and offices in North America, Sydney, Melbourne, London and a delivery centre in Manila. The company had about $67 million in revenue for the fiscal year ending January 31, 2020.
