Infographic Insight: Fairer way foward for startups

Indian startups have the potential to move the needle on gender diversity by fostering inclusion as part of their cultural DNA, a new report suggests.

The Women in India’s Startup Ecosystem Report (WISER), released by non-profit organisation ACT in partnership with McKinsey and The Udaiti Foundation, says startups can offer women a more gender equitable environment by way of faster career progression, ability to occupy more roles of influence, and greater autonomy and flexibility, enabling female employees to meet personal and professional goals at different career stages.
