Indus Tower & Bharti Infratel Merger

Indus Towers Ltd has a meager issued share capital of less than Rs 12 lakh. On January 28, 2013, IL&FS Trust Company Ltd and Indus Towers Ltd entered into an agreement under which IL&FS agreed to act as the “Security Trustee” for the assets pledged by Indus for availing of various financial assistance of Rs 9,450 crores from various secured parties.
