India’s server market grew 6.4% YoY to reach $289.5 million in 2Q21: IDC

NEW DELHI: The overall server market in India grew 6.4% year-over-year in terms of revenue to reach $289.5 million in Q2 2021, according to the latest data by International Data Corporation (IDC).

The x86 server market contributed 90.4% of the revenue, up by 4.8% points than the same quarter last year, IDC said.

The x86 server market was led by Dell Technologies with a revenue share of 25.2% and revenue of $65.8 million. Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) came at second spot with a revenue share of 23.8% and revenue of $62.2 million.
