India’s key go-to-market, product hub: Slack CEO Lidiane Jones
Salesforce-owned workplace messaging and productivity app Slack sees India as a key go-to-market and production region, said CEO Lidiane Jones. Cloud services giant Salesforce acquired Slack for around $28 billion in 2021.
Speaking exclusively with ET, Jones said that India represents a key product development hub for the company. “Salesforce has a huge presence in India from a product development perspective. So, it’s definitely part of our future as well to continue expanding in India,” said Jones, adding that Slack is focused on expanding its presence in existing geographies.
