India’s growing mobile data landscape

The launch of 5G networks in India has led to a significant shift in data consumption, according to a new report from Finnish gear-maker Nokia, which highlights a paradigm shift in India’s mobile data landscape driven by the growing adoption of 5G technology, happening much faster than the 3G to 4G transition. Enhanced 5G availability and performance, coupled with the availability of a wide range of affordable devices, as well as the introduction of new data-intensive apps and services, will accelerate future 5G growth, the report said.
