Indian online audience spends 3/4th of their business news reading time on Economictimes.com
According to Comscore (a leading web traffic measurement company) December 2019 Data*, The Economic Times (ET), India’s largest digital business news publisher, had more than 3X the combined engagement (time spent) of the next 7 publishers in business news category, contributing to 77% of the category engagement. It’s a testimony on the quality of content and the depth the site has to offer its readers.
The Economic Times website and App lead on reach and engagement across Comscore and Similarweb, the two web traffic measurement metrics. As per Comscore December 2019, ET website received 115.4 minutes of engagement per user on average, underscored by a massive user base of 49 million unique users. Similarweb registered a total 57.4 million visits to ET in the same period.
