Indian customers on average spend Rs 2,400 on out-of-warranty smartphones: Study

NEW DELHI: Customers in India spend an average amount of Rs 2,400 or $32 on out-of-warranty smartphones even as after-sales services has become a key factor influencing the purchase decision for a new smartphone and also has a bearing on long-term customer loyalty, as per ‘Smartphone After-sales Service Study’ by Counterpoint Research.
