IKEA opens first big box format store in Bengaluru; to invest Rs 3000 crore in Karnataka

IKEA will invest Rs 3,000 crore in Karnataka over the coming years, said Susanne Pulverer, CEO, IKEA India.

The Swedish retail giant that opened its first big box format store in Bengaluru, spread over 4,60,000 sq ft, will set up more large format stores and small outlets in malls to gain a wider footprint across the country.
