Identifying families via Aadhaar for govt schemes, EWS quota top PM Modi’s vision

New Delhi: Prime Minister Modi and his office, which have been reviewing a comprehensive government plan for different sectors over the past two months, have chalked out some key recommendations like identifying families left out of any government schemes through the Aadhaar database and providing them direct cash transfer and monitoring the admission of economically weaker students in private schools.

Other key recommendations include prosecution for crime against women to be taken up on ‘mission mode’ and the use of Artificial Intelligence to tackle cases pending in courts, besides preserving endangered tribal languages.
