Idam Natural Wellness acquires majority stake in Petveda

Idam Natural Wellness, the parent company of Bella Vita Organic, has acquired a majority stake in Petveda, a brand providing ayurvedic health and grooming solutions for pets, the company said in a release.

Though the company did not disclose the financial details of the transaction, sources with knowledge of the development said Petveda was valued at $2 million.
