IBS to unify LATAM’s fleet, crew operations

The LATAM Airlines Group has chosen Kerala-headquartered IBS Software as its technology solution provider, for unifying its entire fleet and crew operations worldwide on a digital platform.

The multi-million-dollar contract, one of the largest airline IT transformation projects in Latin America, was concluded after an intense selection process spanning several months.

This is the third major engagement of IBS with global airlines in the past 30 days. In late April, it signed a contract with Etihad Airways to transform operational efficiency and improve guest satisfaction. Korean Air (KE) has also migrated to IBS’ iCargo to power its cargo movement worldwide.
