How to set up or update your Netflix Household

Earlier this year, Netflix initiated a crackdown on password-sharing in certain countries, namely Canada, New Zealand, Portugal, and Spain. This new feature requires users to designate a ‘primary location’ to ensure that only those within the same household can access the account. Additionally, an ‘Access and Devices Management’ page has been introduced, allowing the account owner to oversee the members who have access to the account.

The company has now started rolling out the feature of paid sharing in India. “A Netflix account is meant to be shared by people who live together in one household. People who are not in your household will need to sign up with their own account to watch Netflix,” said Netflix.
