How to get Google Live Transcribe feature on any Android smartphone

At the Google I/O 2010 developers conference, Google showcased some new features that will help people with impaired speech to communicate in their day-to-day life by making some improvements in voice recognition backed by artificial intelligence. Dubbed as Project Euphonia, the company demonstrated several new apps such as Live Caption, Live Transcribe and more to help the app to understand diverse speech patterns.
In contrast to this, the search giant has already released the test version for one of the apps called ‘Live Transcribe.’ The app is already available on the Google Play Store. However, the app is mentioned as ‘Unreleased’.
The app is designed to help deaf and hard of hearing people and it works as live transcription tool. Another app called Sound Amplifier that enhances the clarity and volume of sound for better speech recognition.
