Hinduja Global Solutions Q2 net profit jumps 68% to Rs 136.5 crore
Hinduja Global Solutions (HGS), the BPO arm of the diversified Hinduja Group, on Friday reported about 68 per cent jump in consolidated net profit at Rs 136.5 crore for the September 2021 quarter.
The company had posted a net profit of Rs 81.3 crore in the July-September 2020 quarter, HGS said in a statement.
Its revenue from operations during July-September 2021 increased 18.8 per cent to Rs 1,582.6 crore, compared with Rs 1,332.5 crore in the year-ago period.
“HGS reported an excellent performance in Q2 FY2022. Overall revenue for the quarter stood at Rs 15,826 million (Rs 1,582.6 crore), an increase of 18.8 per cent year-on-year, while Ebitda grew by 21.2 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2,269 million (Rs 226.9 crore) and PAT by 67.9 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1,365 million (Rs 136.5 crore),” HGS Executive Director and Global CEO Partha DeSarkar said.
